
The philosophy of the Morgan restaurant is to only offer its guests dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients. The traditional recipes that our grandmothers once used, have been reinterpreted in a modern way. Therefore, during the autumn season, guests can taste a variety of dishes based on mushrooms, truffles and game (boar, roe deer, pheasant, woodcock, rabbit) and in the spring they can find irresistible asparagus, fresh cottage cheese and špaleta (pork shoulder) on oil, of course all served with homemade pasta.
The restaurant can host up to 40 guests, while during the summer months guests can enjoy our outdoor terrace, with its breath-taking view in all directions, over vineyards and green forests, all the way down to the sea.
The Morgan tavern is listed in important national and international eno-gastronomic guides such as Gault Millau, Veronelli, Dobri hrvatski restorani (Good Croatian Restaurants) and has been recommended by the MICHELIN guide since 2017. It has found itself among the best Istrian and Croatian restaurants for years. Winner of the IQ award for Istrian quality and awarded by the Agency for Rural Development of Istria -AZRRI- for its use of authentic Istrian beef, boškarin.
