We started Saturday’s lunch with the most spectacular Istrian envelope of all time. The excellent waiter, who knows everything about every detail of Morgan’s kitchen and wine cellar, brought us a tray of homemade mustard, all of which were very good, and those of quince and onion just brilliant.
